Winemaker Roman Andres recommends this outstanding and unique wine from his siete bancales range. All work steps (harvesting, sorting, crushing) are done by hand in small, individual batches. The fermentation takes place in small tanks or wooden barrels and the Capriccio gets its final touch in at least 12 months of barrique aging.

The dense, almost black red of the Capriccio already arouses great expectations visually. The fragrance develops gently and is reminiscent of lush plum, sweet fig, blackberry, blackcurrant and chocolate. In terms of taste, it is a force - mineral, full, concentrated and warm with stable and distinctive tannins and a long, creamy finish.
